One of my fall favorites is corduroy. Probably because I love the yummy texture and the richness of the fabric and the way it hangs. Maybe because it makes me feel warm and relaxed and easy going. I think it’s a perfect fall classic and just right with blue jeans and a nice cozy sweater. I really like it on this Breezy Bag too, especially with the pretty button on it (oooo. I love that button. Do you know how long it took to find the right thing to put that on?)
[SinglePic not found]I think it might be a fabulous fabric to try out a new pattern I’m working on. This one has some pretty pretty pleats. It’s also a tiny bit bigger than some of my previous bags, but not too big you know.
You might be interested to know, I’m also working on a wallet pattern. Something simple but pretty with plenty of room for the bits that always end up floating around in the bottom of my bag. I hate when that happens. Monday I found $4 in quarters and dimes in the bottom of my bag – no wonder my back hurts.
