Unlike some sewists, I don’t have a constant supply of fabric to choose from. The reason? Well, I just don’t have room. With a pack-rat, collecter, keep-everything-I’ll-find someplace-to put-it kind of a husband and two young kids, there just isn’t enough room for it all. Not to mention all my many passions cluttering up the place. And no, I don’t have a dedicated work space. I work in my kitchen because it’s what I have. That said, I get fabric where ever I can, and frequently from Fabric.com. I also have another local supplier, where I can get a pretty consistent selection of fabric.
So, where am I going with this? Well, a couple of you have contacted me lately wanting to see fabric samples of what I have for a custom-made item. So I’ve put together several swatches. This represent what I have on hand. Some of it, I can get more of, but some of it has been discontinued or is difficult to find again. If you see something you like, please contact me to find out the availability.
