Moving on . . .

These last few months have been a time of significant changes for me. With my youngest going to school, and both my kids agendas expanding, time seems to slip away each day and I’m sometimes left feeling overwhelmed. In addition, I’ve had the opportunity to explore some of more other creative endeavors like sewing and paper crafting. What all that adds up to is this: I’m running out of hours in the day. As a result I’ve decided to step down from Scrapbook-Bytes, because I can no longer fulfill my obligations here. Not to worry, I haven’t quit designing. I’m excited to announce that I’ve been accepted as a designer at A Cherry on Top. For me, this is great news. Not only do I get to design along-side some really talented and well-known folks, I get a chance to really narrow my focus and concentrate my limited time on just designing. Plus, maybe I’ll get a chance to scrap once in a while. This is an exciting change for me, one that I think will breath some new energy into my designs and help me to better focus.
